The Unstoppable Project

How We Measure Our Impact

At The Unstoppable Project, we are always evaluating our impact and using that to feedback into programme development.

In terms of tangible measure, we track our impact across three key areas that reflect what our programmes set out to achieve — and what we can genuinely evidence through feedback, participation, and wellbeing outcomes.

01

Confidence, Motivation & Wellbeing

We look at how participation in our sessions helps children feel more confident, resilient, and positive about themselves.

  • 73% of children said they’ve built more confidence in themselves
  • Over 60% of secondary students reported improved physical and mental wellbeing
02

Skills & Participation in Sport

We measure both the development of physical and social skills, and whether young people are inspired to stay active beyond our sessions.

  • 92% of children feel they’re better at sport
  • 70% of students discovered a new sport they want to continue
  • 67% of primary pupils would like to do more sport or join a club outside school
03

Teamwork, Leadership & Positive Behaviour

We encourage young people to work well with others, take responsibility, and be role models in their communities.

  •  66% of primary pupils said they’ve developed teamwork and collaboration skills

Our Approach

We combine survey feedback, school engagement data, and coach observations to understand what’s working and where we can do more.

This allows us to evolve our programmes — ensuring every session contributes to help young people become active, confident, and unstoppable.

Making a Measurable Difference

Since our founding, The Unstoppable Project has helped thousands of young people across the UK.

Through sport, learning, and mentorship, we break down barriers and create new pathways to possibility.
